The fourth of several emergency COVID-19 relief shipments from the United States arrives in India. The U.S., through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is delivering supplies to help India contain a surge in COVID-19 cases. Through USAID and U.S. Health and Human Services coordination, 125,000 vials of Remdesivir -- enough to provide 20,000 rounds of life-saving therapeutics -- were delivered to India.
