Members of the armed forces of the Philippines demonstrate packaging a patient that was injured in a urban disaster, near Subic bay in the Philippines. They gained new skills in urban search and rescue gained during the subject matter expert exchange with the Hawaii National Guard CERF-P (Chemical biological radiological nuclear & high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package) team in the work up to Balikatan during a recent visit, Sept. 9-14.
