Marines and Sailors of II Marine Expeditionary Force salute while honors are played to Secretary of the Navy, Ray Mabus, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, for 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade's Presidential Unit Citation Award Ceremony, Sept. 14.
