TROIA, Portugal (May 10, 2021) Sailors assigned to Beachmaster Unit (BMU) 2 and Marines assigned to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) depart Landing Craft, Utility (LCU) 1661 in a stack formation during a simulated beach raid exercise with the Portuguese Marine Corps, May 10, 2021. BMU-2 is attached to the Harpers Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50). Carter Hall is operating in the Atlantic Ocean with Amphibious Squadron 4 and the 24th MEU as part of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group.
