Chief Engineman William Rivera, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85), receives his chief petty officer combination cover during a traditional Chief Pinning Ceremony at sea. Seven chief petty officers from McCampbell were pinned for fiscal year 2013.
