(April 29, 2021) – Richard Dean, Launcher, Fire Control, and DRS Supervisor, Missile/Launcher System Repair, Daniel Van Datta, Towed Sensors Supervisor, Outboard Sensors, and Erik Swanson, General Services Work Lead, Temporary Services, pose with their diplomas after graduating from the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Trident Refit Facility Bangor April 29. The LDP developed at TRFB provides individuals an opportunity to meet with each department and all senior managers at the command, learn about leadership traits and best practices and how each role supports the command’s mission.
