U.S. Army Soldiers and family members of the 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, from Fort Benning, Georgia, attend the Division Ball, hosted by the Society of the 3rd ID, at Jekyll Island, May 21, 2021. The 1st Bn., 28th Inf. Regt., took the trophy and title of "Best Battalion" for accumulating the most points by winning Marne Week competition events. The ball was the final event of Marne Week, which is an opportunity for Dogface Soldiers past and present to celebrate being a member of the “Rock of the Marne” and part of its 104-year history.
