Airmen from the 19th Airlift Wing prepare for refueling near a U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Michigan, May 25, 2021. The 354th Fighter Squadron worked alongside the 61st and 41st Airlift Squadrons in order to perform integrated combat turns, a rapid turnaround process that allowed A-10s to quickly rearm and refuel during Mobility Guardian 2021 reducing the pilot’s ground time to quickly resume air dominance.
