Scott Squires, a UH-1Y Venom door gunner with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 165 (Reinforced), 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), flies over Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California during a close air support mission for an amphibious assault exercise, April 27. The Marines and Sailors of the 11th MEU and Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) are conducting routine training off the coast of southern California.
