210529-N-RG587-1015 ARABIAN SEA (May 29, 2021) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Abraham Moore, signals an MH-60S Sea Hawk, attached to the "Dusty Dogs" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 7, to land on the flight deck guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72), while conducting flight operations in the Arabian Sea, May 29. Vella Gulf is operating with the IKE Carrier Strike Group while deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations and providing airpower to protect U.S. and coalition forces as they conduct drawdown operations from Afghanistan.
