U.S. Army Spc. Omar Dacosta, Task Force Avalanche, accepts his award from the Task Force Spartan Division Command Sgt. Maj. Jim Horn, for 1st place as the top junior enlisted Soldier in the TF Spartan Best Warrior Competition, May 29, 2021, at Camp Buehring, Kuwait.
