    PACIFIC OCEAN (April 28, 2021) U.S. Sailors assigned to amphibious transport dock USS Portland (LPD 27) signal a Landing Craft, Air Cushion from Assault Craft Unit 5 to exit Portland’s well deck during an amphibious assault exercise with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), April 28. Portland is underway as a part of the Essex Amphibious Group (ARG) conducting integrated training with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) off the coast of southern California.
