The Chief of Staff of the Argentine Air Force, Brigadier (4-star) D. Xavier Julian Isaac, buckles his seatbelt aboard a Georgia National Guard UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter after visiting the 165th Airlift Wing and Air Dominance Center for a mission brief and tour of our base facilities June 1, 2021 in Savannah, Georgia. The Georgia National Guard has had a state partnership with the country of Argentina for over two years now. The State Partnership Program links a unique component of the Department of Defense - a state's National Guard - with the armed forces or equivalent of a partner country in a cooperative, mutually beneficial relationship.
