Galinis, commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, presents Captain Greg Burton, outgoing commander of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), with the Legion of Merit for outstanding service and commitment to duty during his four-year tour as shipyard commander. The award, typically reserved for senior officers, is given for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements.
