U.S. Air Force Airmen with the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) construct an air transportation function ramp team to place rolling shoring at the end of a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft ramp prior to uploading a donated fire truck at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, January 13, 2017. The NCANG works closely with the Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program to move donated relief items like furniture, vehicles, clothing, and food to countries following natural disasters. The fire truck will be flown from the NCANG to Charleston S.C. for a brief stop before it reaches its final destination in Guatemala.
