Andy Bussell, the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center commander, on June 5 during a ceremony held at Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Arkansas. Receiving the saber signifies acceptance of his new responsibilities as the incoming command sergeant major, and he replaced Command Sgt. Maj. Billy Ward, who retired with over 40 years of service.
