Soldiers from the 996th Engineering Construction Company, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the 372nd Engineering Construction Company, of Pewaukee, Wisconsin are tying down the canopy of a Medium Tactical Vehicle (MTV) in preparation for a Line of Communications Bridge (LOCB) mission. A LOCB restores and maintains lines of communication routes in theatre, supporting both military and civilian infrastructure.
