200609-N-SK929-1007 SANTA RITA, Guam (Jun. 9, 2021) Construction Battalion Master Chief Scott E. Field, Senior Enlisted Leader of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Det. Guam, presents the Expeditionary Warfare Specialist (EXW) certificate to a Seabee assigned to NMCB 11 Det. Guam during a pinning ceremony on Camp Covington. The pinning of the EXW insignia is the culmination of months of hard work and one of the most notable milestones in the career of a Seabee. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet areas of operation.
