Randy Burlingame, and Senior Airman Josh Torres, 104th Civil Engineering Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technicians, set up a percussion actuated neutralizer to disrupt possible currents during a scenario at Raven's Challenge Interoperability Exercise June 8, 2021, at Fort Devens Army Base, Devens, Massachusetts. The Airmen spent a week at the exercise working with civilian public safety bomb squads training in various scenarios, promoting interoperability between the agencies in operational environments while promoting teamwork and innovation.
