U.S. Army Brigadier General Kimberly M. The ceremony was help to induct two previous employees, Mr. Howard Stickley, former Director of Programs and Business Directorate for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Division and Mr. Loudermilk former G3 - Plans and Operations Chief for the Transatlantic Division, into the division’s Gallery of Distinguished Civilians on 14 June 2021 at the Transatlantic Division Headquarters located in Winchester, Virginia.
