The second M35A2 arrived at the Boatwright Maintenance Facility at Fort Knox, Kentucky, April 5, 2021 after being shipped in its original condition from the Anniston Army Depot in Anniston, Alabama. It was designated to serve as a parts truck, allowing the other M35A2 that was shipped with it to be fully refurbished and became a tribute to two 1st Theater Sustainment Command Soldiers who posthumously earned the Medal of Honor during the Vietnam War.
