CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea - Col. Michael F. Tremblay, the outgoing garrison commander for United States Army Garrison Humphreys, is presented with the Order of National Security Merit Samil Medal by Col. Heo-Yeol, the commander of the Republic of Korea Army Support Group, during an awards ceremony prior to a change of command ceremony, June 15.
