    Mooring Bollard Inspection

TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (May 5, 2021) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, ensure a mooring bollard stays level while pouring concrete. Proper alignment of the mooring bollard ensures mooring line stress is properly distributed throughout the bollard as part of the Tinian Harbor repair project. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces globally. (U.S. Navy photo by Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Wenhan Fan)
