In this image released by Joint Task Force 71, Guardsmen with the Joint Task Force 71 relocate their offices to the Round Rock Armed Forces Reserve Center as part of their integration with the 136th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade in order to better serve the citizens of FEMA Region VI in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist incident. The integration and move, conducted Sept. 17-21, will merge the two brigades into a single emergency response outfit, tentatively titled "Joint Task Force 71 (Maneuver Enhancement Brigade)."
