U.S. Navy Lt. Josh Elmore, officer-in-charge of Light Industrial Facility (LIFAC), from Winter Haven, Florida, briefs Sailors during a tour of LIFAC in Hampton, Virginia, June 17, 2021. The tour was organized to showcase the capabilities of the facility for new Sailors. The John C. Stennis (CVN 74) is in Newport News Shipyard working alongside NNS, NAVSEA and contractors conducting Refueling and Complex Overhaul as part of the mission to deliver the warship back in the fight, on time and on budget, to resume its duty of defending the United States.
