JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 18, 2021) - Robert Ingram, retired Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class and Medal of Honor recipient, was welcomed as guest of honor during Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Hospital Corps birthday celebration. President Clinton presented Ingram with the Medal of Honor in 1998, in recognition of Ingram’s heroism during a firefight, while wounded, in Vietnam in 1966 while serving with the Marines.
