Al Mitchell of the New Zealand Defence Force on Contingency Command Post communications capabilities at Taliai Military Camp, Kingdom of Tonga on Sept. 23, 2012. They are taking part in “Coral Reef” a multi-national emergency deployment readiness exercise (EDRE) to share humanitarian assistance and disaster relief techniques and procedures with Pacific partners from Australia, New Zealand and Tonga.
