The role of the Airmen Resiliency Team is to ensure the overall health, wellness, and mission-readiness of the 363d ISR Wing Airmen, in coordination with installation medical and resilience assets. O’Brien is responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force for policy formulation, planning, evaluation, oversight and leadership of Air Force intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and cyber effects operations capabilities.
