Chief Hospital Corpsman Ann Jones, a technical trainer assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, describes the damage control central area at the wet trainer to Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) commanding officer Rear Adm. Jennifer Couture and NSTC Command Master Chief Rick Mengel, June 24. OTCN offers four officer training programs at Naval Station Newport, including Officer Candidate School, Officer Development School, the Limited Duty Officer and Chief Warrant Officer Academy, and the Naval Science Institute.
