U.S. Marines and Navy Sailors prepare to conduct small boat drills off of the amphibious assault ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18) in the Philippine Sea, June 15, 2021. Marines with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Navy Sailors conduct small boat drills in order to maintain military integration, sustain proficiency in small boat handling fundamentals, and refine standard operating procedures.
