Command Sgt. Maj. Terry E. Parham, the senior non-commissioned officer of Deputy Command of Support Operations, and the 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command cuts pieces of the 13th ESC birthday cake Sept. 24 at Camp Eggers, Afghanistan. More than 130 members of the "Lucky 13th" have deployed in December of last year to provide logistics training support to our Afghan counterparts. The birthday celebration in Afghanistan celebrated the hard work and dedication of all DCOM-SPO team members, who come from four different U.S. services and 23 troop contributing nations.
