Lt. Col. Thomas Brown and Lt. Col. Thomas Barret, U.S. Army Pacific Contingency Command Post Humanitarian Assistance Survey Team along with a New Zealand counterpart exchange information and ideas with members of the Tonga National Emergency Management Office at Taliai Military Camp, Kingdom of Tonga, Sept. 25, 2012. They are taking part in “Coral Reef” a multi-national emergency deployment readiness exercise to share humanitarian assistance and disaster relief techniques and procedures with Pacific partners from Australia, New Zealand and Tonga.
