U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Joshua Harden, a Greensboro, N.C., native and a hospital corpsman with 1st Battalion, 2d Marine Regiment (1/2), 2d Marine Division (MARDIV), administers continuous care over a five hour period to a simulated casualty as part of 2d MARDIV’s prolonged casualty care course on Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 2, 2021.
