Col. Nicu Tiperciuc, Romanian Chief of Infrastructure Projects Coordination Section within the Ministry of Defense, receives a Letter of appreciation from Col. Andrew Conant, Area Support Group-Black Sea commander at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base in Romania, July 7, 2021 . Tiperciuc showed outstanding support to EUCOM by researching, crafting, and coordinating organizational support to ensure critical Romanian engineering management of numerous U.S. projects in Romania.
