Rear Adm. Tim Weber, director of the Navy's Medical Service Corps (MSC) and commander, Naval Medical Forces Pacific, presents Capt. Marcus Larkin with a coin at a reception following the ceremony for Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory's (NSMRL) 75th anniversary in Groton, Conn., June 30. Weber recognized Larkin for his many contributions to Navy Medicine research excellence and 41 years of honorable service.
