Marines, sailors and Marine Corps Community Services fitness instructors assemble in the IronWorks pool here Sept. 6, 2012, to take part in Marine Corps Aquatics Cadence Reconditioning Program Training. The program is part of the 21st Century Sailor Marine Initiative allowing injured servicemembers the chance to perform intense physical conditioning in the water when unable to train on land due to injuries.
