U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Jeffrey C. Coggin, commanding general of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) presents the USACAPOC(A) challenge coin to Sgt. 1st Class Michael R.
