Harris, commander 406th Army Field Support Brigade talks with key leaders of Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTFCS) her brigade’s capabilities to support JTFCS during chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) mission along with varies Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) all hazards missions. JTFCS provides command and control of CBRN response forces and with DSCA all-hazards missions in support of civil authorities as well as execute approved mission assignments from the Primary Agency.
