Lisa Lamb, Fort Hunter Liggett Garrison Commander, and Jarrod Ross, FHL Resource Efficiency Manager, gave a presentation virtually to Andrew Mayock, Federal Chief Sustainability Officer for the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ). Lamb gave an overview of the installation’s energy resiliency projects and the necessity for preparing for power outages. Ross spoke about the Net Zero energy resiliency project and the new microgrid being installed.
