Col. Laura McHugh, deputy adjutant general-Army, speaks July 18 at the memorial dedication at Fort Indiantown Gap honoring three Soldiers killed in action. The dedication took place exactly ten years after the convoy carrying Staff Sgt. Kenneth VanGiesen, Staff Sgt. Brian Mowery, and Sgt.
