U.S. Army National Guard Observer, Coach, Trainers with Army National Guard Operations Group Wolf and 2-312 Training Support Battalion, 174th Combined Arms Training Brigade, First Army East observe casualty evacuation procedures July 19, 2021 at Fort Hood, Texas. Multiple OCTs from across several units were augmented to support 278th Armored Calvary Regiment, Tennessee Army National Guard during eXportable Combat Training Capability 21-03. Medics from ARNG-OGW spent over four days coordinating and organizing a mass casualty training lane for medical elements of 4/278 Armored Reconnaissance Squadron, 278th ACR.
