SAN DIEGO (July 23, 2021) Capt. Kim Davis, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) San Diego's commanding officer (left), and Capt. During the ceremony, Davis gave Morrison's daughters (not in attendance) letters of appreciation for their dedication and sacrifices made during Morrison's service.
