PORT HUENEME, Calif. (July 20, 2021) – Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center formally transferred authority and responsibility from Capt. Michael R. Saum to Capt. Scott P. Raymond during a change of command ceremony at Naval Base Ventura County. Simultaneously, friends, family and Sailors celebrated the retirement of Capt. Saum after 29 years of honorable service. Rear Admiral John Korka, NAVFAC commander & Chief of Civil Engineers presided over the dual ceremony.
