U.S. Air Force airmen from the 177th Fighter Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard, stand at attention during the dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for the Rodger C. Neumann Munitions Administration Facility on Sept. 28, 2012. The new building will aid the 177th Munitions flight in the administration and training of it's personnel. The facility is named after Tech. Sgt. Rodger C. Neumann, a munitions flight supervisor, who passed away after a courageous fight against cancer.
