Australian Army Lance Cpl. The Governor's role encompasses a wide range of important duties and responsibilities including Constitutional and legal - such as appointing Ministers of the Crown and summoning and dissolving Parliament. TS21 is a large-scale, bilateral military exercise conducted biennially across Northern Australia designed to enhance the U.S.-Australia alliance which is an anchor of peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific.
