U.S. Army Soldiers of the 2nd Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) are taught recovery drills from Senegalese soldiers from the Centre D'entrainement (CET) 7, 3 and 2 after conducting physical training together in Thies, Senegal, July 20, 2021. The SFAB and Senegalese Soldiers split into intermixed groups and completed a full body circuit that consisted of sit-ups, âTâ push-ups, tricep dips, scissor kicks, burpees and a three-mile run.
