Timothy Thomas, assigned to Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) joint movement center, writes the center balance point of a vehicle during a pre-joint inspection for the upcoming exercise Vibrant Response 21.2. Vehicles will be flown to their destination, and the load plan must balance for proper flight operations of C-130.
