Michael Flaherty, incoming 37th IBCT commander, arrive for the 37th IBCT change of command ceremony June 25, 2021, at Fort Polk, La. The ceremony was conducted near the end of a monthlong training rotation for the 37th IBCT at Fort Polk’s Joint Readiness Training Center, which trains BCTs to conduct large-scale combat operations on the battlefield.
