Livia Link-Raviv, Consul General of Israel in Houston, receives a citation of the Congressional Record honoring the continued efforts to maintain peace in the region from U.S. Rep. Michael McCaul at a ceremony commemorating the 40-year anniversary of the Multinational Force Observers in Austin Aug. 3, 2021. After the signing of the Egypt-Israeli Peace Agreement, the Multinational Force Observers was created to supervise the implementation of the security provisions of treaty and employs best efforts to prevent any violation of its terms.
