SEA OF JAPAN (July 30, 2021) Damage Controlman 3rd Class Andrew Battle, from San Diego, Calif., conducts maintenance on a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69).
